I worked a camp years ago and had a couple minutes to teach a basic offense. I taught the players a basic pick-and-roll. Another coach called the pick-and-roll the worst move in basketball, presumably because it is tough to defend. Anyway, I love the pick-and-roll and use it to disorganize the defense and create shots.
