A good athletic skill development video. Personally, on some of the lateral runs into a jump stop, the player either needs a higher jump or a greater angle of deceleration – essentially, I'd like to see a player lean away from the stop slightly to create a greater angle to absorb the force rather than trying to stop a lateral movement in a completely vertical plane.
