Here is a training sequence I typically use to develop eye/hand coordination and peripheral vision. In this case, I have added the Vapor Strobe eyewear system to influence the development of accelerated vision processing. In my training lab I have started to use the Vapor Strobe system in a number of other drills (e.g., ball drops, reaction-ball catch off the dribble, etc) and, I believe in the concept that “over-clocking” the brain provides significant advantages in visual awareness and reaction response capability.
